Once your network is updated, you’ll need to replace your Xfinity TV equipment in order to continue receiving Xfinity TV service. Begin installing your new TV boxes after the network transition date provided below under Important dates & details. Your new equipment won’t work until after your network has been updated.

It’s important that you order your equipment prior to the date of the digital network upgrade. After the upgrade is complete, you will need to install your new equipment to access your Xfinity TV service.
